1. Informational estimates only

All calculators, practice tests, tables, and content on Learn Pass Grow are provided for informational and educational purposes only. Results are estimates computed from figures you supply, and they do not constitute academic, career, legal, or financial advice. A calculator cannot know your institution’s rounding policy, its late or attendance penalties, whether a curve will be applied, or whether a mark has been revised since you last checked. Your institution’s own grading policy, as published in your syllabus, governs your actual grade.

2. Independent site

learnpassgrow.com is a private, independent education website. It is not affiliated with any school, university, examination board, or certification body.

3. Practice tests and certification

Every question on this site is original, written for self-assessment. We do not reproduce content from any examination, and our practice tests are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a substitute for any certification body’s own materials. Taking a practice test here certifies nothing and confers no credential. The certifying body’s published content outline is the source of record for what is examinable, and its own rules determine eligibility, fees, and results. Where a field is licensed rather than certified — real estate and securities among them — the relevant regulator sets the requirements, and those differ by jurisdiction.

4. No advisory relationship

Using this site does not create any academic-advisory, tutoring, counselling, fiduciary, or professional relationship of any kind between you and Cosyslabs Inc. or its contributors. We do not advise on course selection, appeals, admissions, or careers, and we do not produce work for submission. For decisions that matter, speak to your instructor, your institution’s advising or wellbeing service, or an appropriately qualified professional.

5. Accuracy

The arithmetic on this site is deterministic and tested, and unlike figures that change with a fiscal year, a weighted average does not go out of date. What can be wrong is a grading convention: scales, letter boundaries, rounding rules, and pass marks vary between institutions and between countries, and the conventions we use are the common published ones rather than yours. Costs and preparation times on the certification pages are stated as typical ranges with the date we last reviewed them, and those do go stale — confirm current figures with the certifying body. We make no warranty that any figure is current, complete, or correct.

6. Limitation of liability

All tools and content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cosyslabs Inc., Learn Pass Grow, and their contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including any grade, credit, award, admission, certification, or opportunity lost, denied, or reduced, or any fee or financial loss — arising from the use of, or reliance on, any calculator, estimate, table, practice test, or content on this site. You use these tools at your own risk.

7. Intellectual property

The site’s design, code, original text, and the practice-test question banks are the property of Cosyslabs Inc. The questions in particular are original work written for this site. Grading formulas themselves are common mathematics and belong to nobody; our expression, explanation, and presentation of them is our own. You may not scrape, copy, or redistribute the site or its question banks in bulk without written permission.

8. Acceptable use

These tools exist to help you learn and to work out where you stand. You may not use this site, or anything obtained from it, to produce or submit work as your own where doing so would breach your institution’s academic-integrity rules.

9. Embeds

You may embed our calculators via the /embed/<slug> URLs provided that the built-in attribution link remains visible and unmodified. Teachers and tutors are explicitly welcome to do this; see the teachers page.

10. No accounts, no fees

No account, registration, or payment is required. All tools are free to use.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Learn Pass Grow is operated by Cosyslabs Inc., Ontario, Canada.

12. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
